Tiger Lily Dream
I created this piece by using oil pastel on gessoed panel. I used colored pencils to scratch through the pastel for more detail and color . Then I used an iron and pressed the panel with 3 pieces of tissue paper over it to set the pastels, remove any extra oil and flatten the stray…
