Winner of The Make Your Own Book Cloth Contest

In my last post From The Bindery, I described a DIY hack for making your own book cloth from your favorite fabric using HeatnBond. (If you didn't see it, check it out and try for yourself!) Lucky for us, HeatnBond decided they liked the project and offered a free roll to a lucky Cloth Paper Scissors reader!

Who was the lucky reader? Why, nanner3!

Email me at pmartin@interweave.com with your name and address so we can send your prize!

nanner3 said "I love making books using just about anything from Trader Joe bags to silk bookcloth for the covers. This includes handmade fabric cloth, old watercolors gessoed over, cereal and other product boxes…and on and on and on!" Hope you post pictures of your HeatnBond project on our forum when you finish, nanner3! I would love to see what you come up with.

I absolutely love handmade books, and I am so excited to have heard why you, our readers, love them, too! I hope to see what you are working on in our community and beyond!
