I'm curious - how come contests include only American residents and do not include your readership abroad?

I agree with bacoulter's query; also I've emailed a query re payment as I live in Greece and would like to pay with paypal or my Visa debit card but got no reply. The link for International orders is broken as well. Please can we know if people abroad can subscribe.

I also agree with bacoulter's comments, I wanted to take part in the Artisans search 2011.  Your slogan, 'calling all artists' is not the case, not for your readership abroad, would love to know why? very disappointed.

I agree with bacoulter, I wanted to take part in the Artisans search 2011 only to discover it was for US residents only.  The headline, 'calling all artists' is not the case.  I also would love to know why this does not include the readership abroad?

I'm very dissapointed :( ......and i'm going to vent HERE!

I paid for a 6 month subscription on Feb 19th 2010. I'm from Melbourne, Australia have I laid eyes on an issue yet................nope!!

Yes you took my partners money but no magazines and this was supposed to be a valentines present to me from my lovey!!

I was told by customer service on the 6th May that it would be arriving in two weeks :( its the 26th and still no magazine!

Has it been dispatched to Australia on a raft??

I was so looking forward to getting my subscription :(

Oh well!! off to send customer service another email only to get back another lame excuse :(

Fabric Scraps and vintage photos!

This looks like a great binding technique but I'm still not sure exactly how to put it together.  Are any additional photos of the process available?

The email sent me said that the July/August 2010 was ready.  However, nothing happens except getting a gray screen with the CPS logo and no sign-in box.  Was this a hoax?  I am upset that this is happening.  I also am unable to open my former digital issues that were to be on my computer.  Time to take care of your customers.

I too have had an email telling me the July/Aug issue is available - It isn't.

I can't open my past digital copies either.  Customer services are not interested.  I managed to get the following email addresses they deal with digital subscriptions - agrim@nxtbookmedia.com or lmcdonald@nxtbookmedia.com

If they don't get things sorted out I am not going to renew my subscriptions to either paper or digital versions.

ArtNextDoor:  I am glad not to be alone with this problem BUT this really stinks.  What is the fix?  Did you try to reach "agrim"?  I have been in contact with him, Adam, but nothing has helped to this point.  I am very, very, very frustrated.
