Please let me know what you think - I did this at a workshop recently and am quite pleased with the outcome. I hope the image uploaded successfully.

I was intrigued by your titile, so I clicked on the link and I have to say I really like your artwork! I love the subtle background contrasting with the vibrant colors of the dress. All the little details keep your eye interested. Great job!

Your work is lovely, so much texture and contrast. Can you say a bit more about the size, mediums you used, etc?

The size of the piece is A3. Medium used is a background watercolour wash (a happy accident), dress is a cutout with dragonfly and star cutouts and different coloured gel pens squiggled around some of the wash. Hope this helps - the piece is currently being framed and thank you for your comments.

Thank you for your comments, I have a series of these all inspired by the shape of the dress.
