Hello, I am not an artist, mixed-media or otherwise.
I am trying to transfer text (people's names) to cardstock that is too big to fit thru my printer (specifically, binder pocket folders from Day-Timer). There are about 100 of them, so I don't want to do something like rubber stamps. And I want a sophisticated look, so I am trying to avoid labels.
I'd like to know if anyone has any experience using image transfer paper (or perhaps Lesley Riley's Transfer Art Paper) onto paper?
There is so much info available about transferring to fabric, canvas and wood, but I can't find anything about transferring to paper!
I read thru the e-book and I didn't see anything directy addressing this method.
Thank you!
Have you thought about going to someplace like Office Depot or Staples and using their copiers/printers that will do up to an 11x17 sheet of paper.
Reta
If it transfer to wood it will transfer to paper.
Yes, of course you can transfer to everything, including paper. Y used acrylic gel medium and transfer any print from my ink printer to any paper or fabric.
