This necklace is a compilation of media and techniques. The focal pieces are vintage chandelier crystals onto which images and text have been transferred to show through to the front. The backs of the crystals are finished with resin for durability. The main focal hangs from a vintage rosary ring and a sterling wire wrapped carved buri seed cross with a bit of recycled sari silk attached. The two side focals hang from vintage religious medals with sterling wire wrapped, faceted garnets hanging beneath.
Wire wrapped, chunky iolite stones, a strand of garnet nuggets and a strand of vintage rosary beads form the body of the piece.
A vintage, rhinestone clasp with a dangle of sterling wrapped kyanite, vintage rosary beads and a vintage crucifix finish this necklace.
