Crepe Myrtles is a Mixed Media art journal / book I created from Watercolor paper painted with acrylics, gel medium photo and recycled jewelry. This was such fun to create. One morning in backyard I was admiring our Crepe Mytle blooms and it hit me that there is so much in common between the Crepe Myrtle and the phases of our life. This book focuses on drawing the comparisons and where possible using my stash of goodies and old photos I have collected.
