I have never made any sort of book before, although I have to admit to being sorely tempted at times! I just couldn't help myself when I noticed the Tunnel challenge in the January/February 2013 issue.
Since I was in the middle of making some ATC's when the "tunnel bug bit" I decided to make mine an ATC Cat Tunnel. The edging was the hardest thing to make because getting straight quarter inch folds was a challenge. Now I want to make another, more well constructed one and I have lots of other ideas. I need to find a thinner paper for the accordion pleat – as artist paper is a bit too thick to be able to get consistent, straight, folds.
Looks great!
Looks great!
I love the colors you used, very dramatic with the black border; I love the addition of polkadots, the enormous moon, and particularly the wrought iron fence! What fun!!
