I'm uploading a photo for a friend, Peggy Birkenbuel, of her carved stamp for the contest "Carve It Up". It's carved from a carving block and glued to a piece of white foam for handling. It's called Creamer's Field Sandhill Crane". Creamer's Field is a bird sanctuary here and we have a Crane Festival in June to celebrate the birds migrating here.
