Cubist Me

My entry to the Cloth Paper Scissors challenge "A Little Me". I called this one "Cubist Me"

Made from fused cotton fabric, fusible interfacing, machine zig-zag stitching around the edges, with a three-dimensional removable earring made from a tie tack and fused fabric. I have made self-portraits before, but this is my first cubist interpretation. I'm a quilter, so fabric seemed the obvious medium – it reflects my personality, and I have so much of it!

  1. Would you let me use your photo as an example of cubism on Quilts on the Wall?

I am the web manager and want to show members a good example of cubism.

We have a member challenge each meeting. May’s challenge is cubism.

I would like to post your quilt under  Top News of the Month to inspire members to enter.

I would give you full credit on the webpage.  Please check out our art group at http://www.quiltsonthewall.com

If you agree, please provide your name, contact information and description you would like included.

    Thank you.
