Dear Anne, I love the title of the piece, as I KNOW that my buttons grow in my studio when I’m not looking. On my web site, I bill myself as the “Self-proclaimed Button and Bead Queen of Maryland”, and since I gave the title to myself, no one can take it away! I do swear, however, that they do mysterious things in my studio when the lights are turned off, so I just had to write and aknowledge a fellow button lover! Great piece… I love the way the size and details on the buttons got more complicated as they went up the piece..;)
