I started this piece by designing a Victorian themed digital collage with public domain images, and printed several copies on canvas. Then I took 2 wire hangers and fashioned them into a swirly design to hang my creation and attached one copy. Next I layered 2 copies of the collage on top and measured and cut, folded, prodded, and glued those layers into something that resemble a collar. Now for the fun part, adorning it with a vintage look of buttons, beads, lace, wire and whatever I could find or make that looked like it belonged.
