This hat was made for the Felted Wonders Challenge. I wasn't going to enter but after being here in the woods of Maine I had an urge to make this felted Gnome hat. I used whatever scraps I could find along with Shiva Paint Stix and wood sticks and some yarn. There was some needle felting some machine sewing and some hand sewing thrown in. I might wear this and hang out in the woods to see if any Gnomes come to visit.
This is a good (magical) hat – perhaps you should consider making theatrical costume? You have the imagination for it.
