"Tish" is a mixed media collage that grew out of my love for vintage linen and sewing notions. She is a portrait of one of my art dolls! I enjoy doing hand embroidery (even a small bit) on pieces to remind people that not everything comes out of a machine. I enjoy using reclaimed and broken snips and pieces of items normally tossed to re-present them to a more contemporary audience.
