Issue #12

In this issue of Quilting Arts Magazine® Embellishments you'll find our editor's resolutions for an artful year, an invitation to share yours, plus news about Lesley Riley's latest book and ATC stamps.

Patricia Bolton's artful resolutions for 2007

1. Spend at least 10 minutes in my studio every night, even if it's just practicing my free-motion skills on my beloved Bernina.
2. At least once a week, make a contribution to my art journal (and not worry if the results look like an overcooked stir fry).
3. Pass it on: Spend some time teaching quilting skills to local kids.
4. Join the Journal Quilt Project! (If you're not familiar with the Journal Quilt Project, see our book Creative Quilting, The Journal Quilt Project.)

Now it's your turn. Send your #1 art resolution for 2007 to info@quiltingartsllc.com, with "resolutions" in the subject line. Then look for yours and other readers' resolutions on our website.

Lesley Riley's latest book has arrived!
