Artful Shadow Box

The background is paper that I marbled and added some red ink splotches to. The top "fan" is ephemera with touches of acrylic paint. The bottom "fan" is a piece of broken jewelry. The heart is the top of a box painted gold. I added some cutouts of ink-sprayed gesso globs that I liked. Then I added stickers for the words and circles. It took me a long time to figure out how to finish this after adding the two fans!

p.s. I had to take this outside to photograph it, so (unfortunately) there's a little of my reflection in the glass.
