The right side of winter!

Leaf Pod

Leaves are preserved in a glycerin solution, and encased in sheer cloth.  Then I formed the pod with copper wire, using knotless netting, or looping.  It is woven around a willow branch.

I started out by preserving the leaves in a glycerin solution, and encasing them between sheer cloth.  The weaving method is called knotless netting, or looping.

WALL HANDING

The work is purely hand embroidary. Patch work is done on it. some of the patches are taken out from the unused old work. Embroidary work like Chain stitch, bedding, miror work and herribone stitch work is done.
