Needle felted art shoes.
A pair of canvas shoes called to me and begged to be needle felted. I painted with glitter glue, needle felted, beaded and added embellishments to this blah pair of shoes, and voila', art shoes

Roly Poly Santa needle felted sculpture
Here's my first needle felted 'person'. I hadn't done a face before and wasn't comfortable with it, but it turned out better than I hoped. I used some recycled wool, and new wool roving to create Santa. I like to use/re-use wool whenever possible.
Look out here comes jaws
A friend's favorite move is 'Jaws', so I made this shark for her birthday. The hardest part was getting the teeth to look right. Not easy with felt. This is one of my favorite pieces.
