Self portrait carved on eraser
I used larger eraser from the Dollar Tree to carve this self portrait. I used a box cutter. I also entered this in the Little Me gallery.

I wanted to make a larger head than the size erasers I had on hand, so split the image. Trick is to line them up perfectly. A fun challenge. Box cutter and rubber erasers are the materials used.
I use only a box cutter and rubber erasers for my carving. I seem to be fixated on weird faces.
Carved with a box cutter on a rubber eraser. Image was photo that was changed to black and white, then converted to rubber stamp image in PhotoShop and printed the size of the eraser. I used a soft pencil to go over the lines I wanted to use to make the image and pressed it…
This was done in acrylics on water color paper from a photo.
