This was fun since it truly was a short notice challenge, but that brought excitement in seeing what I could come up with. I had purchased some head bands with feathers. I cut that into and using the plastic hanger I kept that intact. I drew a lady with a song to sing on card stock and placed her in the middle of the feathers I had decided to use for her skirt. I glued fringe and rhinestone to give a festive feel for the time period I was looking for. I used lace and rhinestone for her bodice and using feathers I cut and gave her a hair style, I also used pieces of feathers to design her eyebrow and lashes.
This is genious. I luv it.
