For a few months my sister and I — 2000 miles apart– had a challenge based on a prompt. these were my results from 2 of the prompts. One promps was using a quote from a poem, victiorian, feather and metal; the other was 3 beer caps.
This piece is a mixed media collage on 6×6 traditional canvas titled Steadfast Spirit-a reminder to embrace strength in uncertain times. I used acrylic paint, handmade patterned paper, word text, digitally altered photogrpah, watercolor crayons, and feathers for interest and texture.
