Hand bound artist's book/journal about beauty.  Used antique dress patterns, acrylic, and silkscreen for cover.  Handmade matching box made from boards, recycled paper, gesso, and acrylic mediums.

She is a Survivor

A mixed media book that I made. Vintage quilt blocks grace the cover as well as a small painted face that I did last year. I've used pieces of my grandmothers lace on the spine and an antique glass button for the closure.

Pink Book 2

Here is a different shot of "The Pink Book". You can see how thick and lucious the pages are. The cover is made with one of my mixed media paintings (a print of it) and layers of acrylic mediums. I'll be teaching this class at the "Textile Evolution" retreat in Colorado Springs next August.
